Leadership Experience

  • How long does it take to complete the Program?

    It will take 8 weeks to complete this program. That's a total of 28 hours of online learning, including 8 hours of online group training with a facilitator. You can also access an executive coach with our fully facilitated option. If you choose the online course only, you have up to one year of access to the material to complete it.

  • What is the cost of the Program?

    $5250.00 (price includes GST). Monthly Payment Plan option is available! If you choose the online course only, the price is $525.00 (including GST).

  • What's included in the Program?

    8 modules will be completed online, weekly discussions with a live facilitator, and one-on-one coaching sessions to be held every 2 weeks. There is a total of 28 hours of learning per trainee. In addition, there are 8 hours of online group training sessions to facilitate the application and integration of the training into the trainee’s workflow. Participation in these online calls are voluntary and are presented as a supplemental group learning opportunity for trainees. If you choose the online course only, you have one full year of access to the materials. There will not be any one-on-one or group facilitation unless otherwise stated.

  • Is there anything that I have to do before the Program starts?

    Each trainee will complete a detailed Harrison Profile Assessment prior to the start of the program. This is included in the cost!

  • Does this Program qualify for government funding?

    It sure does! You can apply for funding through the Canada-Alberta Job Grant: https://www.alberta.ca/canada-alberta-job-grant.aspx Please note that the grant will not apply to the self-paced online learning only option.

  • Do we get any certification upon completion?

    After successfully completing all 28 hours of training, you bet you do!

Eligible employers can get government funding to help employees and unemployed Albertans access training opportunities.

The Canada-Alberta Job Grant is a training program where an employer applies on behalf of their present or future employee(s) for eligible training costs. Employers decide who gets training and what type of training may be needed for their employees. Funding provided by the Government of Canada through the Workforce Development Agreement.
